An online survey for public feedback on a plan for a new public toilet facility for Washington Street, near the College Avenue parking deck will be online on the Athens-Clarke County Government website through June 15. In this regard, the Portland Loo is recommended as a perfect public toilet which is developed for use in urban environments and has proved to keep the city clean and crime-free.
