The Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership has decided to install a Portland Loo as a pilot to address some concerns downtown stakeholders have been sharing about the need for 24/7 public restroom facilities. The amenity is proposed to serve both residents and visitors and will be unveiled for public use in November.
