The Board of Parks and Recreation in Vancouver is developing strategies to improve its offerings of public restrooms in the city, and the Portland Loo poised to be part of that solution. Many of Vancouver’s current facilities are outdated, and the Loo is being considered as a modern answer to the modern problems faced by the city.
