The Cleveland City Planning Commission has approved designs for the city’s first four public restrooms, addressing a long-standing need for accessible facilities downtown. The Portland Loos will soon be installed at key locations, including Canal Basin Park, Perk Plaza and on the corner of East 17th and Payne.
