The Wichita City Council has approved $630,000 in funding for new public restrooms and hydration stations in downtown areas, redirecting money from other projects to cover the costs. The restrooms will be installed at Naftzger Park and A. Price Woodard, Jr. Memorial Park, with hydration stations at several locations, including Naftzger Park and Old Town Square, and two more to be determined later.
